Planning Ahead with Purpose
Planning Ahead with Purpose
A prayerful vision for the future of Killin & Ardeonaig Parish Church
In early 2020, the Kirk Session adopted a long-term strategy entitled Forward in Faith. The title was inspired by a sermon delivered by our minister, Rev Russel Moffatt, who spoke of the Christian life as a journey—one that calls us to walk in trust, obedience, and hope. This strategy is our response to that call: a commitment to serve our congregation and community with vision, humility and purpose.
Honouring Our Heritage
For many years, the Kirk Session and others have prayerfully considered how the church can best serve the people of Killin, Ardeonaig, and the surrounding area—not just today, but for generations to come. We are deeply rooted in a heritage of faith, shaped by the land, the loch, and the lives of those who have worshipped here before us. Forward in Faith seeks to honour that legacy while preparing for the future.

We are now entering a new phase of this journey. The next steps include:
This is not simply a building project. It is a spiritual journey—one that must be rooted in prayer, discernment, and unity.
A Journey of Faith
Forward in Faith is more than a title. It is a posture of trust. We move forward not with certainty, but with conviction that God is leading us. We ask you to pray with us—for wisdom, for provision, and for clarity in the steps ahead. May this journey be shaped by grace, guided by Scripture, and sustained by the prayers of God’s people.
